A purchase agreement is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your items have been dispatched.
Product Specifications and Suitability
The products listed on this website are intended for motorcycles for Japanese domestic market.
Please note that even if a motorcycle model name shares the same name or appearance in other countries, the products may not be compatible with versions intended for markets outside of Japan. Webike Japan have no responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or issues arising from the use or installation of such products to motorcyclces for market outside of Japan nor does it guarantee compatibility or fitment in such cases.
All product information and specifications provided on this website are based on data for the Japanese market. Webike Japan does not issue, prepare, or submit any documents or certifications required for product registration, usage, or importation in countries outside of Japan. Customers are solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws and regulations of their respective countries.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times
Webike Japan is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your orders.
We strive to ship all orders promptly. If your order is delayed, you may cancel it by contacting us with your order number.
Payment
We accept payments in Japanese Yen via credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
While we display item prices in your preferred currency and Japanese Yen for your convenience, please note that all transactions are processed in Japanese Yen. Therefore, your payment provider may apply an exchange conversion fee in addition to the displayed price.
Please be aware that item prices do not include shipping fees, import duties, or local taxes such as GST or VAT. During checkout, you can review your order details, which will clearly show the item price and shipping fee.

Cancellations

If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, please return the item for a refund of the purchase price. We regret that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
